I aim to get feedback to you within 48 hours of receiving your documents, unless we’ve agreed on a differen timeline.

How long does turnaround take?

It’s fully virtual. You’ll scan your documents and send them my way, which you’ll want to do anyway. It’s smart to keep a copy of your full application before submitting it to the BBS in case they come back with delinquencies.

Adobe Scan (free iOS or Google Play app) works great for this.

Is this done in person?

Yes! The flat-fee package includes one 30-minute Zoom call to review feedback or answer questions. The hourly package means we can hop on as many calls you’d like!

Can I send documents as I complete them over time?

For the flat-fee package, I prefer to receive everything at once via a secure Google Drive link that you scan and upload documents to. It’s more efficient and lets me catch inconsistencies across documents that are easy to miss when things come in piecemeal.

Do you review LPCC/APCC applications?

At this time, I’m only familiar with LMFT requirements, so I’m not able to review APCC applications.

Can you guarantee my application will be
accepted?

I can’t guarantee BBS outcomes. What I can guarantee is that I stay current on BBS requirements and will flag anything incomplete, inconsistent, or commonly cited as a reason for delay. I’ve helped several people successfully submit their application without any delays or additional information needed.

What happens if the BBS says I’m missing something after submitting?
