Body Image & Disordered Eating

After spending decades in the competitive dance world, I know how easy it is to internalize harmful myths about food and body image without even realizing it. These beliefs can quickly take over, leaving you trapped in constant worry about your next meal or how you look.

But it doesn’t have to be this way. There’s a life where thoughts about food and your body don’t dominate your days—where you have the time and energy to focus on the relationships and passions that truly matter to you.

I use a Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating approach to help you break free from the toxic grip of diet culture and body shame. But I also understand that body image is often just the surface. Together, we’ll dive deeper to explore how your past experiences shape your present, develop healthier ways to process emotions, and build tools that help you find peace with food, your body, and yourself.
