About Me
Change is rarely easy and we shouldn't have to do it alone. I know how exhausting it is to push yourself, whether you're striving for body positivity, resenting rigid expectations, or feeling guilty for not doing “enough”. You deserve rest as much as you deserve achievement, but I get why that’s hard to accept. The pressure to always do more, avoid feeling “lazy,” or maintain success can make slowing down feel impossible. If you're struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, body image, life transitions, or breaking free from old patterns, you're in the right place.
My journey—from the strict world of competitive dance to high-pressure careers in advertising and tech—taught me how deeply we internalize myths about productivity, control, self-discipline, and self-worth. Now, I help others unlearn those beliefs, identify unrealistic expectations, and reconnect with their true potential.
Together, we’ll challenge outdated ways of thinking and engage different parts of your brain through talk therapy and creative expression. This might mean journaling to quiet self-criticism, drawing emotions that feel hard to name, or movement to help you reclaim your body on your own terms. My style is warm, engaging, and non-judgmental while also offering honest and direct feedback when appropriate. Healing is not about fixing yourself—it’s about learning to trust yourself.
As an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist, I am currently practicing at Unfolding Self Psychotherapy under the supervision of Gaea Woods, LMFT #117978. I see clients both in-person in Los Feliz and virtually throughout California.
